Angel Carroll is a Democrat running for a seat in the Texas House of Representatives.

Carroll is a criminal justice reform advocate who, due to her advocacy efforts, was appointed to the Texas Juvenile Justice Advisory Board at only 23 years old. She is a graduate of the Emerge candidate training program.

Carroll is focused on education, reproductive justice, healthcare and immigration.
