Erica Fuller is a dedicated community organizer with 15 years of experience advocating for equity and justice on both national and local levels. Rooted in the belief that education is a fundamental human right, their work has centered on dismantling systemic barriers and creating opportunities for marginalized communities.

As a Black Native Queer Femme, Erica brings a deeply intersectional approach to their advocacy, ensuring that all voices—especially those historically excluded—are heard and valued. Their leadership is shaped by a commitment to collective liberation, youth empowerment, and honoring the legacy of community elderswho paved the way.
