Joni Cochran

Joni Cochran is a Democrat running for the Tennessee House of Representatives

Over the course of her career, Joni Cochran has successfully managed challenging situations in the tax business, built a successful franchise from the ground up, and made the transition to working with children, proving her natural gift for teaching. Cochran sold her UPS franchise in 2017 and began volunteering at her granddaughter’s Montessori preschool where she fell in love with the work. She enrolled in a Montessori teacher training program, earning certification in early childhood education and spent four years working full-time as a Montessori guide.
