Kelly Convirs-Fowler

Kelly Convirs-Fowler is a Democrat running for Virginia House of Delegates (District 96).

Kelly Convirs-Fowler attended Virginia Wesleyan University with a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She then attended Old Dominion University and obtained a Masters in Elementary Education. Kelly taught in Norfolk and Virginia Beach until 2014 until she began leaving the classroom and became a Real Estate Broker, which she continues to this day. She ran for Delegate in 2017 and has served her district ever since.
