Maria Beltran is a Democrat running for the Washington State Senate.

Maria Beltran was born and raised in Yakima, the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and agricultural workers. She was the youngest ever Board President for OneAmerica and the first in her family to graduate from high school and college. Over the last decade, she has worked for U.S. Rep. Kim Schrier, State Rep. Debra Entenman, and the House Democratic Campaign Committee.

If elected, Beltran would be one of the first out LGBTQ Latinas elected in central Washington.
