Sam Bowling

Sam Bowling is a Democrat challenging a Republican incumbent for a seat on the Norwood City Council in Ohio.

Bowling was raised in Cincinnati and moved to Norwood in 2020. She is a small business owner and has worked in the hospitality field managing bars, restaurants, and people for over a decade. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Cincinnati Pride and volunteers with local organizations that support trans youth. If elected, Bowling would be the first out LGBTQ person elected to office in Norwood.

Bowling is focused on building a strong city identity, supporting small businesses, and increasing access to and funding for the arts.
