Shaeleigh Severino

Shaeleigh Severino is running for New York City Council (District 32).

Severino is a paralegal and community activist. She is the only LGBTQ person, and only Gen Z person, in the race.

Severino is focusing on the issues that most impact New York’s 32nd Council District: public safety and police reform, creating a stronger public education system, and tackling climate changes impacts on the district (which has experienced flooding and damage from storms).
