Washington D.C. (July 12, 2021) – LPAC, the only organization dedicated to electing LGBTQ women to local, state, and federal office, today announces July 2021 endorsements. See our full list of current endorsees here.

Kelly-Jeanne Lee (Atlanta City Council)
Liz Breadon (Boston City Council)
Rebecca Maurer (Cleveland City Council)
Gabriela Santiago-Romero (Detroit City Council)
Minita Sanghvi (Saratoga Springs, NY Finance Commissioner)
Liz Breadon is an incumbent member of the Boston City Council, and is currently the only LGBTQ woman serving in the chamber. Atlanta, Cleveland, Detroit, and Saratoga Springs do not currently have LGBTQ women serving on city council — our endorsees' successful elections will provide their cities with important representation.
"LPAC is proud continue to making history this election cycle with this amazing and diverse slate of candidates," said Lisa Turner, LPAC’s Executive Director. "When queer women are elected to public office it makes an extraordinary difference in the quality of our democracy."
