Carol Rizzo is the first LGBTQ woman mayor of Neptune Township, a diverse town of more than 28,000 residents in Monmouth County, NJ.

Over the past 30 years, Carol has been a VP at Fidelity Investments and served in the role of Chief Technology Officer at Citibank, AIG, and Kaiser Permanente, where she managed as many as 1,700 people and budgets greater than $700 million. She has consulted to and sat on the advisory boards of technology startups and venture groups.

Today, Rizzo is a business consultant and has worked with different businesses on their short- and long-term development strategies.
