Navarra Carr

Navarra Carr is running for a second term on the Port Angeles City Council in Washington State. She was first elected in 2019.

In the 2019 election she very narrowly won with a 4-vote margin out of more than 5,000 votes. Since joining the Council she has helped successfully manage the campaigns of two City Council candidates and one County Commission candidate. Outside of politics she works in the nonprofit sector and is a law student.

Her priorities are affordable housing, creating living-wage jobs, and climate resiliency. She has been endorsed by the Sierra Club and the National Political Caucus of Washington, as well as several state and local elected officials.
