Nicole Bolden

Nicole Bolden is a Democrat running for re-election as Bloomington County Clerk in Indiana.

Bolden was born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa, and moved to Bloomington 30 years ago. She holds a law degree from Indiana University. Bolden was first elected in 2016 and has been actively involved in public and political service for over 20 years.

Bloomington is a city of 87,000 located an hour southwest of Indianapolis. The City Clerk is the administrative arm of the nine-member Common Council and acts as the liaison between the Council and the Mayor’s office, serving a four year term. Bolden is focused on accessibility and educating residents about the work of the clerk’s office.
