LPAC Featured in the Washington Blade

LPAC endorsee Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot was recently featured in an exclusive interview with the Washington Blade. The piece covers Mayor Lightfoot’s thoughts on Roe v. Wade, her re-election campaign and how the support of LPAC has made a significant difference in her race.

In the interview Mayor Lightfoot thanked LPAC for the organization’s support over the last few years, saying, “I am just grateful that they are ready to re-up for round two.”

”We’re extremely proud and honored to be the first national organization and LGBTQ organization to support Mayor Lightfoot,” said Lisa Turner, Executive Director of LPAC. “As we enter a pivotal time in our nation’s history, it is critical that we continue to support and elect LGBTQ women who can stand up and make a difference in our country.”
