Aisha Mills is running to represent New York’s 18th Congressional district in the U.S. House. She would be the first Black, openly LGBTQ woman to be elected to Congress.

Aisha is a political strategist and commentator. She previously served as the President of the LGBTQ Victory Fund, the Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus PAC, and worked with the Center for American Progress.

Her priorities are protecting democratic values, addressing issues related to housing affordability, and fostering local development without displacing the most vulnerable. She is running in an open seat.
